Open Question: Stretchmarks! Yuck! Please help me get rid of them?

I’m fair skinned and just had my first baby. He was huge. Any good products out there? I used Palmer’s throughout the whole pregnancy and still got them. But I’m sure it because I have a petite build and he was 9lbs 7oz. Now my abdomen is plagued with horrible purple marks. Please help with any ideas or products that I can try. Thank you
