Asking this in N&B because that is where I’m most comfortable, obviously. But this pertains anyways because it has to do with childbirth….
I need to get in shape, and quick. I’d like to tone my stomach (its still wrinkly from pregnancy and those stretchmarks.com”>stretchmarks) and I need to lose 15lbs.
Butttt I need to do all of this by….October 3rd……..because
WE FINALLY SET A WEDDING DATE! Wahoooo! However, its so
soon because he’s going to be entering the army and leaving so we needed to have it before to make it easier.
So any suggestions to help me, how’d you get back into shape after your baby? And by back into shape I just mean, weight down, toned up or even just feeling all around better. Like if I don’t lose this last 15 pregnancy pounds (after a year, I’m losing hope) how do I just feel better about myself all around?
