Stretch marks prevention facts

2 months ago i lost my baby i was carrying for 5 months. As you know, when your pregnant your breasts get milky, veiny, and bigger. Well like i sed its been about 2 months, the milk has just recently went away and my boobs are just a little bigger then they were before pregnancy. Well while i was pregnant my veins showed really bad over my whole body. Most of them lightened up but the veins in my boobs are still there, also in my feet. will they just eventually go away? is there anyways to get rid of them ?

I dont wana talk about it with people i know caus honestly its quite embarrasing, and i havent gone swimming yet, but im scared it will show out of my bathensuit. Anyone that can help? Please
