Open Question: has anyone used any good stretch-mark products?

other than cocoa butter, vitamin e capsules and the usual stuff, has anyone used anything that had results?
water retention and pregnancy has caused stretchmarks.com”>stretchmarks on my stomach, hips, bum, and legs down to my calves and its quite depressing that i can no longer wear any clothing past my ankles, iv recently bought a roller with fine needles on which claim to work wonders, its bloody painful though but has anyone used this method and has it worked?
any other ideas appreciated
