Stretch marks prevention facts

Hi guys, Im 5 months pregnant and am so worried about getting stretchmarks.com”>stretchmarks during my pregnancy/ after the birth!!

I use Bio- Oil everyday. and i also have a palmers stretch mark cream.

Please let me know what worked/ didnt work for you, my friend also told me not to scratch because she thinks thats how they started on her
