Stretch marks prevention facts

i have a baby 6 in a half weeks ago and i only gained 20lbs when i was prego when i walked out of the hospital i was already 1 pound under my pregnancy weight. so im not to concern on my weight

like i cant even take a shower with out getting depressed and crying
like my stretch marks are big and deep they are all over my tummy my hips my butt and thighs

and im also embarrassed to be naked in front of my boyfriend
